Gare de Lyon, Gare du Nord, Gare de l'Est, Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare, Austerlitz or Bercy: give your train number, the driver tracks its arrival and greets you with a sign bearing your name, included for station pickups. The price is shown before you book; to the airports, it's a fixed fare.

Frequently asked questions
What if my train is late?
The driver tracks your train's arrival. The first 15 minutes of waiting are free, then each minute costs €1.60, always stated in advance.
Where does the driver wait?
At the head of the platform or the agreed meeting point, with a sign bearing your name. They message you as soon as they're there.
