On your first ride, the driver hands you your Movely card. Tap it on your phone and your account opens: book your next trips, see your history and your points.
Show it on every ride: the driver stamps it in one tap, and on the 10th, 30 € are yours. Your points are added automatically with every booking.
You pay when you book: the price is locked, the slot is reserved, and on the day there's nothing left to pay. Cash remains possible: it costs 5 € more, because the driver blocks the slot and travels with no guarantee of payment.

Yes. The price shown is the price you pay: it is guaranteed once your booking is confirmed, by your online payment or by our message. Tolls, fuel and parking are included. A traffic jam changes nothing: the ride is not charged by time.
Only a detour you request, extended waiting or a change of destination can change the price, and we tell you first. Waiting: the first 15 minutes after the scheduled time are free, then 1,60 € per minute.
The earlier the better, especially for an early-morning flight or a peak slot. We also take same-day requests depending on availability: call, and we'll answer straight away.
Give us your flight number when booking: we track its actual arrival and adjust the pickup time. You don't pay for the airline's delay.
Waiting time counts from the actual landing time: the first 60 minutes are free, then 1,60 € per minute. Let us know from your account if your luggage is delayed.
By card or Apple Pay, when you book: the price is locked, the car is reserved, and on the day there's nothing left to pay. Cash too, with a surcharge stated in advance — it covers the reserved slot and the driver's trip, which is then made with no guarantee of payment.
Yes, free of charge, up to the deadline set out in our terms of sale. Beyond that, or if you are not at the meeting point, the ride may be charged: the driver blocked the slot and turned down other requests.
No. Luggage is included, within the boot capacity of the vehicle chosen. Just let us know about oversized items — skis, golf clubs, a musical instrument — so we come with the right vehicle.
Baby seats and boosters are available as options: tell us the child's age. Pets are welcome, with a protective mat provided. In both cases, choose the option under “Options and services” when booking, so we can prepare the car.
Yes. For a ride paid online, the Stripe receipt arrives by email straight away. The invoice can be requested in one tap from your account (“Invoice” button under the ride) or by message, with the name and company to show: we prepare it and send it to you.
The driver stays with you for a booked period, instead of a simple A → B trip. Each hour includes a mileage allowance. It's the right option for a day of meetings, a film shoot, a wedding or a visit.
The driver hands it to you on your first ride. Show it on every trip: they hold it to their phone and the ride is stamped. On the 10th, 30 € are yours, deducted automatically from your next booking.
You can also request your stamp from your account. Points are added automatically with every paid ride: you lose nothing if you forget the card.
Yes. From your account, the confirmation email or your ride page, tap “Share tracking”: they see each step live (on the way, on site, on board, arrived), plus the driver's first name and photo. They see neither the price nor your details, and can't change anything.
Yes. As soon as a driver is assigned, you receive their name and the car; their photo appears in your account. They message you when they arrive.
It's the radius around the Champs-Élysées in Paris (around the city hall in Lille, Bordeaux, Marseille) within which we travel without charging you for the approach. Between two clients, the car returns to base to be cleaned, restocked with water and refuelled. As long as your pickup is inside this circle, that return trip is on us.
