General terms of sale
Last updated: 2 October 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern passenger transport services provided by for its clients, private or business.
2. Booking
Every ride is booked in advance, via the site's form, by phone, WhatsApp or email. A booking only becomes firm after our explicit confirmation, stating the vehicle, pickup time and price.
3. Price
The price given at confirmation is firm and final. It includes fuel, tolls, parking and the first free waiting period. It is expressed in euros, all taxes included.
The estimate obtained on the site is indicative: it is based on the most direct route. It becomes binding once the booking is confirmed. Only the following can change it, and only after we have informed you:
- a route or an extra stop requested by the client;
- waiting beyond the free allowance: the first 15 minutes after the agreed pickup time are free; each additional minute is charged 1,60 € ;
- a change of destination during the ride.
A traffic jam or exceptional traffic doesn't change the price: the ride is not charged by time.
4. Payment methods
The price is paid when booking, by bank card or Apple Pay, on the secure payment page of our provider Stripe. Movely neither stores nor sees card numbers. Paying cash on the day of the ride remains possible: it carries a surcharge stated at booking, which covers reserving the slot without a payment guarantee. A booking paid online confirms the price; the driver and exact time are confirmed by message.
5. Cancellation and no-show
Cancellation is free up to hours before the pickup time: the amount paid online is refunded in full to the payment method used, within five to ten working days depending on the bank. After that, or if the client is not at the meeting point after the planned waiting period, the ride is due and the amount paid is kept.
If we had to cancel on our side, you would owe nothing and we would look for an alternative.
6. Conduct on board
Seat belts are compulsory. Smoking or vaping in the vehicle is prohibited. The driver may stop the ride in the event of dangerous or disrespectful behaviour.
7. Luggage and pets
Luggage is carried at no extra cost within the capacity of the vehicle booked. Oversized luggage and pets must be declared when booking.
8. Liability
Our liability is covered by professional liability insurance. It cannot be engaged for delays resulting from force majeure, exceptional weather conditions or events beyond our control.
9. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 4° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to passenger transport services provided on a set date. The cancellation terms in article 5 apply.
10. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint can be sent to us by email at . We reply within 14 days.
Failing an amicable solution, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: .
The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law.
